I grew up around tools. I remember naming my first hammer (true story, his name was Lucky, I still have him). Since I certainly grew up in a different environment than most, I have come to realize that a lot of people are more scared of hardware stores and would rather pay to have simple repairs done than to try fixing it themselves.
